Thank you so much for such wonderful information. I have been looking for a

cheaper source of lugols 5%. I am taking 260mg daily so buying JCrows every 3

weeks it has gotten very expensive. I watched the video and it is very

informative and it looks easy to make the lugols. I wanted to ask anybody that

makes their own lugols the following:

1. Does the raw material have an expiration date?

2. Does the lugols after preparation have an expiration date/shelf life?

3. Is it better to make half the dosage and save the raw material for

preparations later?

4. Where/how do you store the lugols once is prepared?

Any other ideas (beside storing it on glass/glass droppers), info I need to

know?
