Salt loading is done in response to uncomfortable detox symptoms. It is over

and above the

daily unrefined salt supplement that is required for the iodine protocol. Salt

loading is only

done for a few days at a time. If someone is stil lhaving pronounced detox

symptoms after a

few days, they need to back down the dose of iodine because that dose is causing

more

detox than the body can handle at that time.

There are two ways unrefined salt is used in the Iodine protocol. Daily

supplement, and salt

loading.
