Red and White blood cells

Hello:

On page 227 of the 4th Edition

of Dr. B’s Iodine book it says that Iodine accumulates in White and Red

Blood Cells, so does that mean that if someone has a LOW White Blood Count (low

immunity) that Iodine could CONCEIVABLY raise both White and Red Blood Cells?
