iodine in foods

What is the iodine content in meats (am in UK)? When I look at iodine rich foods some mention meat and poultry, some just mention dairy and seafoods. If you have plenty of different forms of meat and poultry but do not have dairy or much seafish are you likely to be deficient? I see the rda is 150mcg daily - so could that be met with foods that omit dairy and seafood? TIA Janet
