Since there was recent discussion on painting basal cell skin areas on face, scalp and body, I decided to paint my BC area on forehead/scalp that has already been surgically removed three months ago. I also did a bit on a small area on cheek (not BC) its been 12 hrs. and the BC area is still colored but the cheek is not(I did use more on the BC area). Why do you think its still there?
