It was this site, a member had posted that she was taking ashwagandha with no

detox symptoms.

The astragalus comment was made by myself, mentioning that astragalus can

increase selenium levels. Was in a hurry and didn't realize that I had made a

mistake. Both items are good for the immune system. Ashwagandha is very

helpful for adrenal problems though and is probably why it is helping with

detoxing.

Sorry for any confusion.

seeing info about ashwagandha on both sights.  I am trying to understand which

website mentioned having taken the ashwagandha before taking iodine and

experienced no detox symptoms even after taking the higher doses of iodine.  Was

there a mistake when ashwagandha was the herb mentioned and a correction that

astragalus was instead the herb used?
