off iodine for several days

I started taking Idoral the first of September and have been on 50 mg since

November 1st. I quit taking it a week ago because I switched from synthroid to

Armour and suddenly felt hyper and horrible. I'm now starting Cytomel only - due

to high Rt3 - and am feeling better. My blood glucose just dropped from a

fasting reading of consistently 96-104 to 70 all the time (not sure why).

After being off of iodine for one week, can I start on 50 mg again? Will this

affect how I feel? It never has and I also take all the supplements. Thanks so
