I wouldn't recommend that supplement. First, the magnesium is the oxide form,

which is the cheapest form and why companies use it, but it's not bioavailable,

so you're not really getting that mg amount. And, the mag amount is 310mg,

when the minimum for the iodine protocl is 400mg.

Second, in order to get the iodine-protocol minimum for selenium of 200mcg,

you'd have to take 4 capsules (double the listed dose), which then gives a

person 600+mg of magnesium (and 50mg of zinc). Many people can't take that

much magnesium because it initiates diarrhea. And again, this form of

selenium is not the best form, although it's ok.

It has no Vitamin C.

In order to remain in control of your supplements, it's better to take

individual

ones so that you can change the amounts as needed without throwing off your

other supplement amounts.

So again, I cannot recommend this supplement.
