It is normal for the thyroid to swell in response to taking iodine-- it is

working to absorb the

iodine which it desperately needs. The swelling should go down again, I'm not

sure how

long, but please don't worry about it, it is normal. This is addressed in the

Guide To

Supplementing which you received when you joined and is on the website.
