Guest guest
i just read in a previous post that a person will achieve iodine saturation in 3 months at 50 mg a day or one year at 12.5 mg. a day. so, if i am interpreting this correctly, a person can achieve the same results using 12.5 mg a day as opposed to 50 mg. a day, it will just take a lot longer? thanks, barry
Guest guest
I have never seen that happen. Dr. Abraham states that you should be able to achieve saturation with 50 mgs / day for 6 mos but that has not worked out well with the toxicity levels, incapability to detox, etc. Do not plan on getting well with 12.5 mgs / day. It just doesn't work out in clinical applications. Where did you read this? Buist, ND HC 12.5 vs. 50 mg i just read in a previous post that a person will achieve iodine saturation in 3 months at 50 mg a day or one year at 12.5 mg. a day. so, if i am interpreting this correctly, a person can achieve the same results using 12.5 mg a day as opposed to 50 mg. a day, it will just take a lot longer? thanks, barry
Guest guest
That should be inability - not incapability. I hit send too fast after spell check. Guest guest
That statement would have been based early on in Abraham's info. Later info was recommending higher dosages.
