How long should one do Salt Loading?

I would like to know, is it a number of hours or days?

How does one know when to stop?

Instructions are in the Guide to Supplementing with Iodine which is sent out each week to all members and is available in the group documents. It says to lower your dose of iodine if your detox symptoms are so intense that you need the Salt Loading for more than 3 days.
