,

I had no choice but to start rapidly on iodine because my Dr. wanted to remove

the ovary cyst and maybe remove the ovary too so I decided to take a leap of

faith on iodine and so far I feel much better. My hair-loss stopped and the

energy came back...The detox was not too bad on me. Only few headaches once in

a while. I have not done any other tests but I am hoping I can get other lab

work done once I see the new Doc. that is trained in the iodine therapy.

Letmar-- You may be among the lucky few for whom iodine cures the

hypothyroidism without needing thyroid replacement. That's certainly a blessing

if so.

Thanks but I am not sure my thyroid is ok...I don't know how to read my

results...other that to see that they are " within range " . When I posted I was

just excited that I got the results in one day...Do you think the numbers look

good?

Thanks!

Letmar, I'm not competent to evaluate your test results. I was responding to

your description of improvement and lowering (I thought) of TSH.

Thanks for your reply. This is the first time I tested the TSH so I am not sure

how it was before...

At least the hair-loss stopped and the fatigue went away so the iodine is

" doing " something.

I will wait to see what the new Doc. tells me if I need thyroid hormone or if

the iodine is enough...

Ah. My mistake. However, if the hair loss has stopped that is a major

improvement, same with fatigue. But I agree, let your doctor guide you with

this,

but keep up the iodine protocol!
