Guest guest
I can't find the email now that someone posted with links to this site re HC and RT3 so I've created a new email.I'm wondering about RT3. I didn't start feeling well until I began taking T3 only. I don't think it was a placebo because I had thought my answer was going to be Natural Dessicated Thyroid but it didn't make any difference to how I felt. Within days I started feeling a bit better on T3 and within about 10 days I noticed a significant difference and then at about 11 weeks, my temperature rose quite a bit and I started feeling much better - which was when I assumed I " cleared " although this site seems to be saying that you don't " clear " as there's nothing to clear. Perhaps I haven't read it properly but I'm confused.Recently, about 12 months after " clearing " I tried taking some Natural Dessicated Thyroid again and initially felt even better and noticed my hair got a lot softer but after about a week I started feeling much worse - much, much tireder and just not feeling " well " and energized. I stopped the NDT and after about two or three weeks was back to feeling pretty good again. My SBGH is high, which I put down to the T3, although I didn't have it measured prior to T3.Also, my estrogen has risen since being on T3 only.I imagine I'm like a few people on this list at the moment, trying to wade my way through the iodine group vs the NTH Thyroid and Adrenals differences to decide whether I swap totally to the recommendations from the iodine list but I can't imagine giving up T3 at the moment. Guest guest
Here is that information: What they don't tell you about HC: Adrenal Fatigue: Side Effects of Hydrocortisone Treatment http://tiredthyroid.com/hc.html What they don't tell you about rT3: Reverse T3: Side Effects of T3-only (or why you need T4 too) http://www.tylenolliverdamagelawsuit.com/ This might help you understand your iron levels and whether it's safe to supplement: Thyroid metabolism requires iron, cortisol, selenium, iodine http://tiredthyroid.com/cofactors.html Grizz > > I can't find the email now that someone posted with links to this site re > HC and RT3 so I've created a new email. > > I'm wondering about RT3.
