I have been drinking half a spoon of Celtic light grey salt almost every day. My throat tightness gets better each time I do that. The suggestion is not to take so much salt all the time. Shall I reduce to 1/4 spoon each day? I feel great on iodine but lately had trouble staying asleep. I get shaken awake after only 3-4 hrs of sleep. Is that detox? What can I do to get better sleep? I don't do it all at once but that is just because it bothers my stomach.
