Edema revisited

My ankles

swell from regular salt. Celtic sea salt doesn't make them swell. That tells me

to reduce my use of regular salt as much as I can. Since DH doesn't use Celtic

sea salt, I do the best I can. (I am the cook mostly.)

DH is short for "Darling Hubby" or "Darling Husband".
