Hello Eva,

you can buy iodoral on iherb, they ship internationally for cheap and are safe

and trusted...

you can also buy lugols from alpha omega labs, although i am not sure if they

ship to Hungary. Thats wher ei personally got mine, they have very good prices

May be others have better sources though...
