i just wanted to thank stephanie for starting this group. i am only up to one drop of lugols a day a day so far, but i cannot tell you the difference it has already made in my life. without this group and your encouragement, i would never have had the confidence to so this. i just wanted to let you know that i was desperately ill, doctors could not help me, and you have, in a way, saved my life and i will be eternally grateful. i can only imagine the recovery that awaits me as i am able to slowly increase my dosage. barry

what were your ailments Barry? Great to hear of your recovery. I have reversed insulin resitance with 75mg of Iodine per day, amazing, and I have Bonnie to thank for that too.

I am struggling a little right now and I need all the encouragement I can get.

fatigue, brain fog, depression, weight gain, headache and facial pain. i have a

long way to go, but i was so sick and depressed, i was almost bedridden. i have

come back alive. my energy is coming back up. i was laughing today for the first

time in months. my thinking is getting clearer, not there yet, but better. i

seem to go downhill a bit in the evenings, but i believe that as i am able to up

my dose, all of this will resolve. i was so sick, that i had to start at one

tenth a drop of lugols a day or the detox, or whatever it is, was just too much.

i had nine surgeries to my sinuses when i was young and stupid. (i let the

butchers cut on me). when i detox, i get terrible pain in my cheekbones, that

goes away by the evening. i feel that it is my weak area and it is where my

detox pathway is most blocked. that is why i have to go so slowly. i wouldn't

stop taking my iodine now, if you gave me ten thousand dollars. " I'll give you

my iodine when you pry it from my cold, dead hands! " (stolen from the NRA) :)

all i can tell you is to never give up. we are all different and all us of have

different issues to deal with. find the faith and support to carry you through

the dark times until your answers come. they most surely will. i cannot tell you

when, but they will, heather. barry
