Guest guest
Iodine is not a stressor for the body. We've stated this several times recently and here it is again: Iodine does not stress the kidneys. -- moderator On 27 Feb 2012 at 15:25, Bonnie Cole wrote: > > > > Hello: > > Someone recently wrote that excess Iodine in the bloodstream will > be excreted through the kidneys and I wondered if that would place > a lot of STRESS on these organs or not? > > Thanks, > Bonnie > > > >
Guest guest
I can also say this is SO TRUE. I had renal failure and am just about recovered. I have frequent renal blood tests. My blood tests have been VERY slowly improving, so slowly they were concerned why. I started Iodine in July last year and my last blood test a month later in August 11, showed a huge jump in improvement. My recent bloods due to a new health issue, has shown my renal function to be perfect. > > > > > > > > > Hello: > > > > Someone recently wrote that excess Iodine in the bloodstream will > > be excreted through the kidneys and I wondered if that would place > > a lot of STRESS on these organs or not? > > > > Thanks, > > Bonnie > > > > > > > > >
Guest guest
I've also improved kidney function with iodine. My GFR's were not good at all and are normal now.
