Guest guest Posted February 19, 2012 Report Share Posted February 19, 2012 could i hear from a few people's experience? i'm really not sure how fast or what type of increments to go by. when you were increasing your lugols or iodoral, how how often did you increase it and by how much each time? how does one know if they are going too fast or making too large of an increase? what was your experience like? i'm a bit afraid of going too fast or increasing too much. i don't want to have a bad experience with this and stop. it has helped me quite a bit so far, but i fear that i may be staying at too low of a dose for too long. thanks, barry Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
