I know it's not enough but any more and I feel a 'swelling' in my throat and I can't sleep. It is enough however to help me sleep and let me sleep and also lower my TSH enough so my GP isn't trying to shove Synthroid up my ..........nose. My question is, when I rub MagOil on my thighs, lower legs and chest, and then take a shower, the rest of the day where ever I've applied the MagOil, I ache. Any possibility there's a connection be tween the Mag and the Iodine? If I don't take Iodoral for two days, then apply the MagOil, no ache. While I'm taking Iodoral consistantly, whenever I apply the MagOil, I ache. And the aches didn't start until I started using Iodoral. Any ideas?
