i just wanted to thank stephanie for starting this group. i am only up to

one drop of lugols a day a day so far, but i cannot tell you the difference it

has already made in my life. without this group and your encouragement, i would

never have had the confidence to so this. i just wanted to let you know that i

was desperately ill, doctors could not help me, and you have, in a way, saved my

life and i will be eternally grateful. i can only imagine the recovery that

awaits me as i am able to slowly increase my dosage. barry
