Wow 200mg Iodine??? Thats amazing. And i thought doing 50 was tough on the detox

side effects. Did you do a lab to check bromine and flouride toxins? Wondering

how long your side effects lasted if you had any.

congrats on the success. My temp is 96 in the morning. Hopefully I can get to

where you are in a couple months.

Basically you want the Free T3 and T4 to be in the upper 1/3 of the lab range.

From your symptoms, I would work on some liver xeroxing and recheck labs.

Thanks for the reply. Is liver xeroxing similar to detoxing? I am not sure what

xeroxing is.
