Hi Agnes,

Are you taking the companion nutrients? Have you done the Salt Loading Protocol? If it was me, I would do those things. Unless it was a heavy duty bacterial infection, I personally would never take an antibiotic. If the specialist found it was nothing serious but a throat inflammation, why on earth would he give you an antibiotic?

Of course, it's all up to you what you decide. But again, if it was me,I would try Salt Loading, drink lots of water and get through it.

Iodine and throat issue

Hi again, I'm the one who had throat tightness when I started taking iodine. Since the situation continued, I went to a specialist who found that it's nothing serious but an throat inflammation and a slightly enlarged lymph. I know that this is a result of my iodine detox and wonder if I should just live through it or take the antibiotic prescribed. Has anyone experienced throat issues like I. I feel great otherwise and iodine really gave me energy and improved my well being.Thank you,Agnes

I will not take an antibiotic unless it is a dangerous infection.

Items I use are:

Biotics Research A.D.P. (oregano oil - natural antibiotic)

Grapefruit Seed Extract (natural antibiotic)

You might want to try a lymphatic drainage item like Heel Lymphomyostat. Energetics has a product called Lymph Tone II that I have taken too.

For inflammation, fish oils are always good.

I don't know if my issues were exactly the same but my thyroid swelled A LOT and

hurt and I was a little constricted. It went away after a few weeks, along with

my goiter. :)

Just one more question on this issue. Why is the detox affecting my lymph node? I did a lymph drainage massage and ionic foot bath. Should I be doing more to help myself detox? Sent from my iPadOn Feb 16, 2012, at 4:33 PM, Agnes <agnes9971@...> wrote:

Could it be because your lymph system is the clean up system of the body and if you are detoxing your lymph system is going to be very busy? in AlaskaOn Fri, Feb 17, 2012 at 2:43 PM, Agnes <agnes9971@...> wrote:
