Could I please have an interpretation?

FT4 1.14 R: .82-1.77

FT3 3.1 R: 2-4.4

RT3 29.5 R: 13.5-34.2

TSH .12 R: .45-4.5

Ferritin 41 R: 13-150 (last lab result was 25)

Hemoglobin 15.7 R: 11.7-15.5

I have been off of Synthroid since September and stopped Cytomel in January.
