Guest guest
I know this isnt iodine related directly, but indirectly i think it is thyroid related. I got my 4 point saliva test results. Wakeup: the number is like DOUBLE the lunch time range. Which tells me my cortisol is WAAAY off, probably contributing even more so to my sleep problems. Lunch & Dinner: Both within " range " but on lower end Night: at low end of range (but cant remember if this was done before or after taking sleeping medications (benzo+anxiety sleep med) Somebody mentioned something about a supplement that helps adrenals to not produce cortisol in the night time. What was that supplement?
Guest guest
, Morning cortisol is supposed to be the highest # of the day. Look at the lab ranges and see where the # falls with the lab ranges. Guest guest
Please post this to the Off Topic group for help. This is not a thyroid group. We discuss the Iodine protocol here which relates to supplementation and detoxification. All off topic posts should go to the IodineOT group IodineOT/ Thank you!
