Hi :

What is 1400

and 210? I took it an hour before bed I think. I had high Cortisol from (of

all things), using too much Progesterone cream.

initially,

when i began trying to get well, i was following the protocols of the adrenal

group. i never did well with the isocort, it would bring up pressure in my

head, get me disoriented, and raise my blood pressure. i'm a bit afraid of

playing around with my hormones, these days. my experiences with those have

made me a bit hormonophobic. (did i just make up a new word? :) i have head

about ashwaganda, but have never tried it. i also have heard and read that

people have healed their adrenals with iodine, so i was hoping that would also

be the case with me. i have a problem with being impatient sometimes and i

think this may have been one of them. :)
