Guest guest
Hi Lynda: I wish I could tell you how I made that connection but it was something I read somewhere, how overdosing on Progesterone can cause high Coritsol and it was likely at the hormone list where they have a brilliant clinician who explains so much and I was sure to read every single email AND I printed off articles to read later. Sometimes I have to read something several times for it to STICK. You can join that List as well, and while there are probably several hormone lists at , this is the one you want HormonesandHealth-Naturally And yes Iodine DOES influence your Estrogen levels and I learned that from some information that came here in the Newsletter that I get every month (and wouldn’t be without) written by Dr. and somewhere it was mentioned by him that Iodine balances the 3 ESTROGENS, favouring Estriol, which is the mildest Estrogen and Estriol has been used in Europe for decades for Menopausal symptoms and works very well. Estradiol is just too strong. You might be able to find it by Googling his name and Iodine balancing, not sure. But his website is www.wrightnewsletter.com and do a search. Write with any questions. Can you say how you made this connection? I think there are so many connections between iodine/thyroid/adrenals/cortisol and hormones that nobody has yet fully documented. Iodine seems to influence my estrogen levels - I wish someone could explain that, and give me the science on that. Maybe it's been done.
