LDN and iodine?

Does anyone know if iodine can be taken with LDN (low dose naltrexone)? I have colitis which is acting up now. I don't take any meds, eat a very specific diet, have adrenal fatigue, severe constipation. I was really intrigued by the coffee enema thread. I'm trying to figure out where iodine fits for me. Maybe this should be another thread but I keep feeling heat on my right triceps. It comes for maybe 5-10 seconds. My chiro says the triceps on the right is related to the gut. Maybe it's due to what I'm going through including splitting nails which I never have. Can iodine help me and will it interfere with the LDN?~~
