Prior to that I started with 6.25mg building my dose up over approx 6 weeks. Iodine Spot 0.725mg/L Ref 0.1-0.45mg/L 24Hr Excretion 46.6mg <50mg/24hour % Excretion/24hr 93% Bromide Spot 2.128mg/L <5mg/L 24Hr Excretion 7.33mg <5g/24hour Bromide Spot 0.427mg/L <1.0mg/L 24Hr Excretion 1.22mg <1.3mg/24hour Had plenty of detox as I worked my way up.
