nature thyroid and high temps

I was responding to someones message about nature thyroid they had a temp of 99 and I have too I dont know  why even on a half a grain I have had tremors and temp of 99.. I tried to reply to the message but for some reaosn on my email there is no link to the site to reply so I guess I started a new post and didn't mean too. I havent slept in days so tired adrenal exhaustion..let me know if you know why I get a high emp and tremors with any nature thyroid  med soo weird and insomnia .. thanks Sus
