Your schedule looks good. Just keep in mind that some adrenal supplements can

be hard on the stomach and should be taken with food. You can take the

supporting supplements anytime during the day. Personally I split up my Vit C

and magnesium and take those with each meal and at bedtime. The Vit E is not

required as part of the iodine protocol but is fine to supplement.

adrenal cortex caps (equal to 5 isocort) and about 1/4 tsp sea salt with water.

should all the companion nutrients be taken in the morning when I take the

iodoral? On my days off I usually do another 1/4 tsp sea salt in between

meals. The supplements that I'm splitting up include; 1 ATP cofactors, 1 Vit B

stress complex, 4000 iui Vit C, 10,000 iui Vit D, digestive enzymes, probiotics,

two 1000 mg krill oil, 5000 mg Vit A, 2 Pantothenic acid caps. I recently ran

out of my mineral supplement with zinc and selenium and I stopped the Mg because

I was getting diarrhea. I definately notice being more tired without the

selenium. I need to buy some ASAP.

in to get the selenium and zinc and cut out my other Vit A supplement.
