Guest guest
Does it matter what time iodoral is taken in relation to thyroid meds, adrenal cortex, sea salt, TLC, and companion nutrients? Here is my routine... First thing in the morning, 1 grain nature throid. Shortly after that I take 2 adrenal cortex caps (equal to 5 isocort) and about 1/4 tsp sea salt with water. After breakfast (about an hour after taking NTH) I take 12.5 mg iodoral, some of my supplements, and TLC. 3 hours later 2 more adrenal cortex caps (10 p.m.) 3 hours after that I take 1 adrenal cortex, have lunch, and take more supplements. (1 p.m.) 3 hours after that (about 4 p.m.) I take another adrenal cortex Bedtime I take 1/2 grain nature throid (usually around 3-5 hours after dinner) Ive been splitting up my supplements just to even out the number of pills, but should all the companion nutrients be taken in the morning when I take the iodoral? On my days off I usually do another 1/4 tsp sea salt in between meals. The supplements that I'm splitting up include; 1 ATP cofactors, 1 Vit B stress complex, 4000 iui Vit C, 10,000 iui Vit D, digestive enzymes, probiotics, two 1000 mg krill oil, 5000 mg Vit A, 2 Pantothenic acid caps. I recently ran out of my mineral supplement with zinc and selenium and I stopped the Mg because I was getting diarrhea. I definately notice being more tired without the selenium. I need to buy some ASAP. Is Vit E recommended as well? I have Carlson ACES plus zinc which I could add in to get the selenium and zinc and cut out my other Vit A supplement.
