I thought I would share this. I found it last night and I think she has some good points and has found another angle. I see many thyroid patients afraid of carbs and low carb is the method they attempt to use to keep their weight down. But are you doing damage to your body. I used to be one of these low carb people. I can tell you that I didn't feel well - and I don't have a thyroid.
