(magnesium, selenium, vitamin C and unrefined Celtic Sea Salt). The amounts

needed are in The Guide to Supplementing with Iodine in our Files.

shouldn't have more than the 12.5 mg of Idodoral (started yesterday) while

breastfeeding. I am wondering if I need to do the other supplements (Vitamin C,

selenium)if I'm not taking enough Iodine to detox?
