Guest guest
I finally found the file!!! I am so sorry. I was looking in the file section for something called " Basics " , but could never find it... I discovered the protocol in the New Member File. duh. Sorry, Michele > > > > Hello Debbie and Welcome! > > Yes, it is important for you to be taking the companion nutrients . (magnesium, selenium, vitamin C and unrefined Celtic Sea Salt). The amounts needed are in The Guide to Supplementing with Iodine in our Files. > > Ingesting iodine will detox the toxic halides from our bodies; you may not experience detox symptoms with 12.5 mg., but then again, maybe you will. Everyone is different and there is no set amount that will cause a person to feel detox. Again, welcome and please do include the companion nutrients in the Iodine Protocol. > > Kind regards, > > -Kathleen > > moderator > > breastfeeding, iodine, and supplements > > > > > > > > Hi! > > I'm a new member. I searched the archives and have figured out that I shouldn't have more than the 12.5 mg of Idodoral (started yesterday) while breastfeeding. I am wondering if I need to do the other supplements (Vitamin C, selenium)if I'm not taking enough Iodine to detox? > > Thanks in advance, > > Debbie Burt > > >
