Guest guest
Is there anything else I can do? Currently I'm taking Sea salt, companion nutrients, TLC, doing coffee enemas 1 time a month, have chlorine water filter on shower, flouride drinking water filter, take probiotics and digestive enzymes for regular elimination. I actually had to stop iodoral because my detox symptoms were so bad. I went up to 12.5 mg a day and may now have to go back down to 3 mg every other day to start. At this rate I will never get up to 50 mg a day! I'm starting to feel discouraged because the thought of feeling bad from detox for years does not sound pleasant to me. I've already been through mercury detox, years of die off when I was getting rid of candida and other bad bacteria. I don't know if I can put myself through that again. The halide detox symptoms were actually worse then the candida die off and the mercury detox! My adrenals are still weak, but stable on my current dose of adrenal cortex. Still need to increase thyroid meds, but need to get my iron up more before I do. Any suggestions for a more efficient way to detox? Guest guest
Hello MJ, Juicing daily using organic vegetables, especially carrot, dandelion, beet, green apple, romaine lettuce, and anything else green you find organic in the produce section of the market, is wonderful for detoxing the liver. The liver is the key to detoxification and these juices help the liver dump toxins. You may find that the more you juice, you may need to do more coffee enemas to help keep up with the liver releasing toxins. On the Gerson Therapy they recommend drinking at least 3 eight ounce organic vegetable juices per coffee enema done. This helps keep the electrolytes in balance. You can find out more info here: www.gerson.org The therapy is used to heal cancer and other degenerative diseases; but many use the modified version for detoxification. Milk thistle in capsules as well as dandelion in capsules is helpful for detoxification as well. Also eating an all organic vegetarian diet. Big salads, steamed veggies, helps the liver detoxic. Organic is the key here. Kindly, Kathleen moderator Iodine the only way to get rid of halides? Is there anything else I can do?
