Lugol's off another site suggested off here ( this Group). Everyone seems so helpful here, I have been just reading being new. I also use Kombucha and other fermented foods in hopes to detox from " nastys " from the Gulf War and other events since, esp., bromided bread. The bread was actually feeding the GWS, and prior to iodine I was just about a depression patient, with noe energy to care for anything other then my MS dis-eased wife.
