Guest guest
I've had some twenty, likely more, xrays over the past two years, and I find that a bit alarming. Having spent the last few weeks too sick to even think about taking my iodine, and a week in the hospital with liver problems, I'm sure I'll have to dose up again to the 50mg I used to take. My question...Is there anything else I should be doing to protect myself from any future xrays (next week they want to xray my knees, hips and back...a third time) or repair any damage they might have already done? (I do take the other needed supplements with my iodine.) I have to go along with whatever my new doc says, as I've been " fired " from too many lately for not following their instructions, preferring not to take the drugs they insist I need.
