My next question is about the supporting nutrients: We shop weekly at our organic market and buy sea buckthorn sirup made from raw berries and honey, have several drinks daily with mineral water. (Vitamin C) We eat raw garlic daily added to all sorts of food, also cook with it (Selenium) We use unrefined salt from the carpatian mountains Eat bone broth daily (not sure about its magnesium content?), and I will add chard now spring comes… Do you think I shoul add the supporting nutrients in tablet form, or is a balanced traditional diet good enough so support the iodine protocol??
