painting with Logul's blood and saliva test questions

Hi there,

Could you please tell me if I paint with Lugol's, do I consider that in my

calculation on how much I want

to take internally? i.e. 50mg. Iodorol and paint with 8 drops of Lugols- Do I

say, I'm taking 50 mg. or

is it 50mg. plus 52mg. of drops = 98mg.

Also, I thought I read that you should stop your adrenal support supplements two

weeks prior to taking a saliva

cortisol test for adrenals. Is that true- two whole weeks?

Lastly, my dr. has given me a script from Labcorp to get my blood tests. She

didn't include saturation %

and ferriton, however, included TIBC and Iron and all the rest. I questioned

it and her assistant said

that Labcorp doesn't do saturation and that TIBC 'should cover it'. What is

TIBC and has anyone used

Labcorp?
