Guest guest
My children just have access to eating salt from bowls. They do not salt load or supplement. Buist, ND HC [bulk] RE: Re: Children and iodine Dear ! I was going to ask, and I am glad this thread was started: what about children and the salt loading. Do you do this also with children? If so, how often and how do you make children drink that salty water?? Eva in Budapest
Guest guest
Thank you. The list of symtoms of bromide detox is a bit frightening… so I thought they would need salt loading. So you have salt standing around in bowls? Are they licking on it with their fingers? I have a friend whose child is licking salt often, she is freaking out about it… obviously the child needs it for some reason! Guest guest
Hi Eva,Do you have Dr. Brownstein’s book on salt? That would be a great one to share with your friend. If she has unrefined salt, her children are doing a great thing! Yes, the children can just stick their fingers in and then lick them off or crunch it. However they like it.
