Mixing them together works great. I put the oil in the palm of my hand, add the drops of Lugol’s, mix with a finger, and apply. None is lost that way, any extra is absorbed through your palm. Donna in Il, moderator I was wondering if I apply the coconut oil, my skin will absorb less Lugol or the iodine couldn't penetrate the skin...How should I apply the oil and the Lugol? In what order?Celine
