Guest guest
I recently read a post where someone mentioned that Dr Brownstein recommends DHEA for adrenal fatigue. My DHEA is really really low but I thought is lowered cortisol and I was hesitant to take it. I actually tried it and felt more tired so I stopped, but now I'm wondering if it was really the DHEA. I was so nervous about taking it because they are so against it on the adrenals group. Maybe it was psychological and I should give it another try? . My testosterone was also low at my last test, so it might help that as well. Anyone have positive experience with it? I have pretty bad adrenal fatigue.
