Guest guest
Hi Barry, From my experience on this board, the general consensus is that it keeps many awake if they take it after about 2pm . For myself, I take it at breakfast and dinner and have never had any trouble with iodine making it hard for me to fall asleep. It is really a personal thing; we are all different and have to experiment with what works well for each of us. There is no 'one size fits all', so to speak. =-) I would guess if you have found it gives you more energy, you might be one of those who should take it all in the morning. But again, you have to try it out. Kindly, Kathleen moderator taking iodine in the evening so, is the general consensus that taking iodine in the evening helps one sleep better or keeps one awake? from the posts i have seen, i seem to think the consensus is that it helps one sleep better, but i just want to make sure before trying it. i would like to split up my dose if i am a bit hesitant because it seems to give me more energy when i take it in the morning. thanks, barry
Guest guest
For me it works best when i take it in the evening. I sleep very good and have lots of energy the next day. When i take it on empty stomach in the morning i feel energetic too but somehow tend to be aggressive and nervous. > > so, is the general consensus that taking iodine in the evening helps one sleep better or keeps one awake? from the posts i have seen, i seem to think the consensus is that it helps one sleep better, but i just want to make sure before trying it. i would like to split up my dose if i am a bit hesitant because it seems to give me more energy when i take it in the morning. thanks, barry >
Guest guest
I took it later yesterday~2pm and I had a time falling asleep last night. I try to take it in the morning. I take Iodoral 50 and about 2-3 drops of Lugol's 5%. I might slip a couple more drops later but that's it. I do the other supplements and salt loading in the morning also. > From: viajero8<mailto:viajero8@...> > Subject: taking iodine in the evening > so, is the general consensus that taking iodine in the evening helps one sleep better or keeps one awake?
