Guest guest
Yes, tingling can be a detox symptom, here is a list of bromide detox symptoms: http://www.breastcancerchoices.org/bromidedetoxsymptomsandstrategies.html As for weight gain, this can happen when your detox pathways are blocked. However, since you just started iodine a few days ago, it might just be an anomaly. Please read the Guide to Supplementing with Iodine that you were sent when you joined. Or you can find it in our FILES. Weight gain is talked about there and materials you can take to help the detox pathways; such as milk thistle herb, dandelion herb, etc. Kind regards, Kathleen -moderator tingling of the body I started few days ago with one drop of 2% ,yesterday 2 drops ,and today I increased it to 3 drops with1/4 tsp pink salt (real salt)and 2000mg VitC and 100 mcg selenium ,did not drink enough water though since I had to go out ,I had a glass of water about 2 hrs. later ,later I started to have this strange headache and TINGLING all over my body ,started to drink more water the headache got better and had more salt and water ,selenium and magnesium ,but the tingling is still persists. Is it a detox symptom ?I also have gained 1 1/2 pounds in the past 4 days , I am on low carb Candida diet I had been loosing about a 1/2 pound a week prior to Iodine, this is strange,I am taking Iodine for a severe case of candida I also have multiple chemical sensitivities and food sensitivities ,also have to take other supplements and especially Zinc and B6 ,B12 ETC.Why do I have the tingling ,?thank you

Guest guest
Hey, Pooderdog! So, you have a 'firm' diagnoses of Lymes, based on test results? My understanding (as of now) of Lymes is limited, but my understanding is ONE of the problems is it can 'hide' from testing, and so is difficult to confirm. Mind giving some details about WHAT tests you took, and results to confirm? And, what are you doing to TREAT it? Is IODINE a part of your 'protecol'? Good for you, giving the heads up, AND for finally getting a handle on 'whats wrong' so you can start to address it!
