Please limit your posts to the topic of Iodine. This can be related to direct supplementation, making of Lugol's, where to buy, detoxing strategies and research on iodine in the body.

The group is approaching 6,000 members and the volume of mail is heavy. Adding general health questions waters down the purpose of the group and causes those who are sick and need help with the iodine protocol to get bogged down.

The Iodine Off Topic group is a place were you can ask non-iodine related questions.
