I would normally start out with a dropperful or more but since you've had

trouble maybe just start out with a couple of drops and see how you do.

things to help your bowels get working better

†" extra vit C and magnesium may

help. Make sure you are using the daily salt and try salt loading also.

iodoral tab. It made my stomach bloat. I decided to try the ashwagandha to

strengthen my adrenals first. I was taking 2/day for about 3 weeks and my bowels

were so sluggish, I once again am bloated, even after backing off to 1/day. I am

not overweight. I usuallly weigh about 125 lbs but have gained a few pounds with

this endeavor. I have decided that if I am going to be able to use the iodine at

all I will try the liquid Lugols starting at the very lowest dose possible to

see if my bowels can handle it. I need to know if I should try the 2% or the 5%

.. Any advice would be welcome. I do want my hypothyroid to be treated with the

iodine. I do have the supplements mentioned. I did use them with the initial

try. Thank you very much.
