Hi dolly, don`t no much about the feritin but high is OK I think! if you have one autoimmune problem then sometimes you get another. for the inflammation i take glucosamin and cronditin which helps a lot. sounds like you have some sort of arthritis.! also for the pain i take M S M sulfur, which also helps a lot. i would not be without them. Angel.
