Need advice: painful lumps on sides of breasts

Hi everyone,

I know I should be doing more research on my own, but I get so confused!

I am taking 90 mg of Armour and 50 mg of Iodoral, along with progesterone

cream. I am almost 47. My last thermogram showed increased thermal activity on

the sides of my breasts and I have noticed increased, at times intense, pain and

swelling of, what I assume, lymph nodes in those areas - when I palpitate them,

they are easily felt. I do have fibrocystic breasts and one very discernable

lump that was ruled out as cancerous by a sonogram and thermogram. The

thermogram report said that the changes 'may reflect a change in the underlying

fibrocystic activity, a more significant developing pathology cannot be

excluded.' So I will be getting another sonogram.

I know I should be rebounding - I have one of the 'good' rebounders' - and dry

brushing as well. I just had my thyroid checked at my doctor and think I should

get my own done as they said that my parathyroid didn't need to be checked as my

calcium was fine, and that my pituitary didn't need to be checked, because if it

wasn't working right, other things would be off in the blood work up.

Also, I have been rubbing 15% Lugol's into my breasts with coconut oil as well

as applying echinaea tincture/DMSO to the lumps - as it is supposed to help if

they are infected.

What do you all think??
