Guest guest
Hi all I bought some Westlab Himalayan salt from Amazon and it arrived today but it says on it not for consumption ie it's for baths. It is just salt and the person who reviewed it on Amazon said she uses it on food. Do you think it'll be ok for me to take? Xx
Guest guest
Hi Susie, I just looked at it on Amazon, and it looks exactly like the salt I use at home on my food. Does it taste salty? It doesn't say that they have added anything to it and it says the best way to use it is in the bath..... it doesn't say this is the only way to use it. . > > Hi all > > I bought some Westlab Himalayan salt from Amazon and it arrived today but it says on it not for consumption ie it's for baths. >
Guest guest
Hi I have purchased this also waiting for it to arrive but I know some people use this in their baths and also take one teaspoon a day with water to help with adrenals. Also use this on food. > > Hi all > > I bought some Westlab Himalayan salt from Amazon and it arrived today but it says on it not for consumption ie it's for baths. Guest guest
Thank you ladies , I haven't tasted it yet, so I don't know lol! , yes, I was wanting to take it to boost my adrenals - I've got all the symptoms of low aldesterone and my low bp causes me quite a bit of grief, so I'm hoping the pink stuff will help. x
Guest guest
I think the difference between the bath salt and the eating salt may be to do with the size of the crystals. Bath salt would be very course and fairly big, whereas table/cooking salt would be a finer grade. But somebody tell me if this is otherwise. " Bath salts " are normally magnesium salts, also known as Epsom Salts, very good if you are low in magneium which can cause cramps. They are not edible Coming in half way through so if you are talking about salts from the town of Bath then ignore me! Nick

Guest guest
Hi After looking into it I decided to buy some from amazon too. Let me know how you get on > > > Thank you ladies , I haven't tasted it yet, so I don't know lol! > > , yes, I was wanting to take it to boost my adrenals - I've got all the symptoms of low aldesterone and my low bp causes me quite a bit of grief, so I'm hoping the pink stuff will help. > > x >
Guest guest
I buy Profusion Himalayan Rose Pink Salt from my local health shop. It does say 'for general seasoning'. I wouldn't risk the one you've bought. Lynnex > > Hi all > > I bought some Westlab Himalayan salt from Amazon and it arrived today but it says on it not for consumption ie it's for baths.
