Guest guest
I would hardly think it was the Erfa, but use Google to find out any side effects/contraindications of Erfa, the antihistamine you are using, Milk Thistle etc. and see what comes up . Luv - Sheila Hello, I switched from Armour to Erfa a week ago, feeling great with energy levels up considerably but swelled up on day 3 with slight itching which then went away but is back today and the swelling all over continues. Is this normal when you begin with Erfa? I've taken an antihistamine but little effect. I'm taking 2.5 grains sublingually and also taking Vit C/pre-natal multi vit/milk thistle. The multi vit and MT i take at night separately from Erfa/Vit C. I've only been on milk thistle for 2 weeks and have never taken it before, could i be reacting to that? Sorry for all the questions but i want to know if i should stop Erfa. Many thanks x No virus found in this message. Guest guest
EDITED TO REMOVE PREVIOUS MESSAGES Moderator Thx Sheila - You were right, it wasn't the Erfa! I was taking the wrong kind of milk thistle apparently. I was taking the fruit/plant not the seed as recommended. Itching has gone today and the swelling has improved too! I wonder how many people have made the same mistake as me and thought it was NDT? Thanks again, x > > I would hardly think it was the Erfa, but use Google to find out any side > effects/contraindications of Erfa, the antihistamine you are using, Milk > Thistle etc. and see what comes up . > > Luv - Sheila >
